Information about canvas orders:

We provide free postage with some exceptions to country and remote areas. For these areas we try to absorb as much of the courier cost we can. Please contact us if you would like to check any extra postage costs if you live in a remote area.

If in the unfortunate circumstance your item is damaged, you will need to contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence to info@mycanvasphoto.com.au. We will send a replacement within 3 working days.
